jilijili operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
jilijili offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. jilijili reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, free spin, or promotional credit — and to void any winnings derived therefrom — if jilijili reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially.
jilijili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of their opt-in, unless the modification is required by law or regulatory directive.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any jilijili content without the prior written consent of jilijili.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilijili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilijili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilijili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity, even if jilijili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jilijili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
jilijili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jilijili will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and comply with legal obligations.

jilijili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jilijili reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority. Upon termination for cause, jilijili may forfeit any remaining balance in your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may close your jilijili account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 9, and 14 — shall continue in full force and effect.
